Developed for the Exercise Science Lab and perfected in the Physical Therapy Clinic and Athletic Training Room the HUMAC NORM Isokinetic Extremity System is the machine of choice across all disciplines and around the world. The HUMAC NORM chair is 40% larger for better patient stabilization – especially in prone and supine patterns. Larger bearings make it easier to move chair with patient/subject in chair.
Laser Therapy– Hilterapia
Hilterapia® is a therapeutic technique based on an exclusive and patented high-intensity laser emission which, while functioning in absolute safety, allows you to obtain an effective therapeutic action in depth. Ideal for the treatment of painful pathologies of the osteo-muscle-tendon system, both superficial and deep. Hilterapia® reaches very high peak powers (1-3 kW) with a pulsed Nd:YAG laser source (1064nm). The high intensity obtained (up to 15,000 W/cm2), not reachable by other laser technologies currently available, allows you to treat effectively even deep chronic lesions.

Pelmatography
Pelmatography/Foot graphy is a modern diagnostic test which analyses pressure exerted at the forefoot in normal or pathological situations in terms of both statics and dynamics (walking). The pelmatography device includes a sensitive indicator in the form of an electric mat that records pressure and a processor/PC which converts data into foot images with a colour grading depending on exerted pressure.
Further examination of the results leads to useful conclusions about abnormal pressure exerted on feet in various pathological conditions (e.g. flat feet, bunions, former ankle or forefoot fractures, etc.) and guides the fabrication of corrective precision soles tailor-made to fit the feet of the specific patient, that help treat persistent and painful disorders.
Platform for proprioceptive training
The device BioKin is a triple axon platform that is connected to the computer. With the use of a specific software, it enables the execution of exercises for proprioception and neuromuscular synergy. These exercises help the improvement of reflection time and reaction time. With these times diminished, the muscles of the athlete react more quickly and protect their physiology from heavy loads that could provoke an injury. Quick muscular reaction is the most important factor in the prevention of an injury.
