The term Therapeutic Exercise refers to exercises and movements designed and tailored according to your personalized needs. This therapy plan, aims at functional rehabilitation, flexibility, empowerment, agility and ease of symptoms/ pain. Therapeutic Exercise is often incorporated in your treatment plan along with Physical Therapy. In order to make their effect last longer, this type of exercises are prescribed to be done at home. Resistance bands, weights, pilates balls, yoga wheel, yoga bricks, agility ladder, muscle roller balls, foam/black rollers and the wall are of great support.
