Yoga

The benefits of the ancient practice of Yoga, as it has been shaped for 5000 years, are well known and innumerable. This practice impacts not only the physical body, but the mental, the emotional, the psychic and the spiritual body. The big dip into the science of Yoga was been the very beginning of my Remembrance, in my healing journey. The knowledge of the physical body, as it has been shaped until then, was invaluable, but not enough.  Yoga taught me to broaden my horizons, to see the bigger picture, to make space where I don’t feel there is any left and how to transform and reshape my mind and body. Τo observe the mind, his patterns and his adaptability, his incredible capacity to change pathways (neuroplasticity).  Το look a person with holistic, broaded vision and to cease labeling and categorizing him into boxes, that are convenient to the mind.

Through Yoga, I return Home. This practice is my magic pill.

The session: I consider a yoga class as an holistic, therapy session. What needs to be reminded today? Every session is completely personalized, tailored to the specific needs (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) of the practicioner. I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Clinical Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Each session is unique and I share tools like asana, pranayama, meditation, mindfulness techniques, emotional release techniques, kriyas, mantras and mudras. A full-body awakening. A full-body therapy. For both the practitioners and the teacher.

I can hold space for 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 in person or online. I keep the in person groups up to 3 persons for your greatest service.
