Yoga Nidra is the absolute tool that we need in order to succeed it. It’s the practice of deep relaxation (yogic sleep) through which we have access to deeper states of meditation. Yoga Nidra can lead to self-healing and recalibration to our highest Truth. The practice begins with a deep dive into the heart center: what do I need right now? Through the surrender of the physical body to gravity, rotation of consciousness, increase of awareness and visualization, we come in touch with the most fertile part of our mind. The physical body remains still, brain waves become quiter, stiller, turning into ripples. The parasympathetic part of our nervous system (rest & digest) is now activated.
