How would working together look and feel like?
The regular package of sessions lasts 3 months and each session is personalized and designed for your own personal needs.
Depending on where we focus, there’s a chance I’ll ask you questions you may never have been asked before, always with the intention to widen our perspective. You will probably feel a lot of resistance. This is all normal and I will hold you in a loving and supportive container.
While I don’t have a strict framework, I do have 3 core principles: Embodiment, Holistic Self-Care, and Mindset. This means our sessions include movement, meditation, mindfulness techniques, breathwork, vocal exercises, dance, energetic cleansing, rituals, creative practices, education in anatomy, our Cyclical nature, nutrition, wellness, as well as pleasure and self-care practices.
Sessions take place online via Microsoft Teams (when hands-on treatments are not necessary) or in person at the Holistic Physiotherapy lab in Kozani, every 2 weeks and last approximately 60 minutes.
A big part of healing is being ready, eager and open to change, which includes making space and time in your life, being consistent and taking care of yourself between sessions.
The above information pertains to Holistic Nutrition and Wellness counseling sessions and the Menstrual Cycle Awareness method. Physiotherapy, Yoga, Craniosacral therapy and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation services are carried out live at the Holistic Physiotherapy laboratory in Kozani.
